On C2C Job Title: Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect Location: [Houston, TX Day 1 Onsite] Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal and third-party systems using Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect tools. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Workday's integration architecture, as well as experience with integration tools, mapping, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Integration Design and Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems (ERP, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) using Workday Integration Cloud, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and third-party tools. Work closely with business users, HRIS, and IT teams to understand integration requirements and provide technical solutions. Configure and develop Workday Integration Cloud (Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and Workday Cloud Connect) to facilitate seamless data flow across systems. Cloud Connect Configuration : Configure Cloud Connect integrations for Workday, ensuring proper setup for outbound and inbound data integrations for various business functions (e.g., payroll, benefits, talent management, finance). Perform periodic audits and optimizations of Workday Cloud Connect configurations to ensure data integrity and performance. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, including data mapping problems, connectivity issues, and failures within Workday integrations. Provide post-production support for integration issues, including root cause analysis and resolution. Documentation and Compliance : Create and maintain clear and comprehensive integration documentation, including integration flow diagrams, mappings, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles. Ensure all integrations adhere to Workday best practices, security protocols, and data privacy regulations. Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to understand integration needs and translate them into technical specifications. Work closely with Workday implementation partners and consultants to ensure integration solutions meet business requirements and deadlines. Provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders regarding integration processes and best practices. Skills & Qualifications: Workday Integration Expertise : Proven experience in developing, configuring, and supporting integrations using Workday Integration Cloud, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect. Familiarity with Workday Web Services (WWS) and RESTful APIs. Experience with standard Workday connectors (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, HCM, Recruiting, Finance) is highly preferred. Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of integration principles (XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST). Experience with integration middleware, APIs, web services, and data transformation tools. Ability to troubleshoot and debug integration issues effectively. Business and Functional Acumen : Experience working with business teams to gather integration requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail : Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience working with Workday Integrations, specifically with Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect. Experience with other integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) is a plus. Certifications : Workday Integration certification (or in progress) is highly desirable.
