Role- Agile Coach Location Charlotte NC Agile Strategy and Transformation: Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes, designing a long-term strategy for adopting agile best practices across the organization to deliver better products efficiently. Leadership Coaching: Coach senior managers in agile practices, helping them adopt agile principles in their leadership styles, ensuring sustained agile transformation. Training and Workshops: Lead agile workshops for development teams, functional teams, and key stakeholders. Communication and Advocacy: Communicate agile principles, Scrum practices, and the overall operating model across the organization, driving cultural change and adherence to industry best practices. Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures to improve team performance and project outcomes. Team Support: Conduct daily follow-ups with team members, hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams, and support resource allocation to maintain agile practices. Problem-Solving: Maintain objectivity in troubleshooting issues by applying agile principles.
