This role, based in Orlando (hybrid), requires hands-on expertise in Python Spark, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and Neptune Graph Database, along with a strong understanding of AWS infrastructure and REST API development. Experience Required: 3+ years in engineering and developing solutions using AWS services. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Development: Design and develop solutions using Python Spark, preferably with AWS Glue. Write and manage queries for OpenSearch/ElasticSearch and handle index management. Develop and optimize applications using DynamoDB and Neptune Graph Database with Cypher or Gremlin programming languages. REST API Development: Create secure REST APIs using API Gateway and AWS Lambda. Ensure authentication and authorization for APIs. AWS Infrastructure Management: Develop and integrate AWS infrastructure, including IAM roles, policies, VPCs, subnets, load balancers, and DNS servers. Configure IAM roles and manage permissions effectively. General Development and DevOps: Utilize Git and bash scripting for development workflows. Preferably implement Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines. Apply automated testing frameworks like pytest for robust development practices. Qualifications: Proficient in Python Spark, AWS Glue, and OpenSearch/ElasticSearch query writing and index management. Strong hands-on experience with DynamoDB and Neptune Graph Database programming. In-depth knowledge of AWS infrastructure, including IAM, VPCs, subnets, and load balancers. Familiarity with Git, bash scripting, and REST API security. Preferred Skills: Terraform development and deployment. CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices. Experience with automated testing frameworks like pytest.
