Strong technical understanding of system configurations, data flows, and integration between WMS , TMS, WCS Experience with SQL, data mapping, and technical troubleshooting. Warehouse Operations Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, slotting optimization, and reverse logistics. Experience with warehouse automation technologies such as barcode/RFID scanners, voice-directed picking, and robotics. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with warehouse teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS-related issues. Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize warehouse operations for efficiency. Change Management: Ability to develop and deliver effective training sessions and materials.
