Role: Lead Java Backend Developer (Kafka) Location: Plano, TX (only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 13+ years Visa: Only H1B with Passport Number Role Description: Responsibilities: Sound knowledge of Java technologies. Excellent analytical skills. Exceptional communication skills. Must have experience developing in Javas latest version (the last version is 8). Must have experience in design and development using Microservice architecture. Solid knowledge of OOP concepts, and design principles/patterns for developing scalable applications. Must have experience developing Spring Boot applications. Good working experience in the development of event-driven systems using any framework. Must have experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit. Must have experience using mock frameworks like Mockito, and WireMock. Must have experience using Git. Must have experience with CI / CD. Basic hands-on experience in one of the cloud providers (AWS) or at least Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with build tools Maven or Gradle.
