Role Description:

Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and
implementation of data integration solutions using Informatica.

Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL
pipelines to support BI and data analytics needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather
requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Create interactive and visually
compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau.

Ensure adherence to data governance
policies, including data quality, security, and compliance.

Implement data lineage, metadata
management, and data cataloging processes.

Oversee the data integration lifecycle,
from extraction and transformation to loading into target systems.

Perform root cause analysis and
troubleshooting for data-related issues.

Train and mentor junior team members on
Informatica and Tableau best practices.

Document technical processes, business
rules, and workflows for system enhancements.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

6+ years of experience with Informatica
PowerCenter, Cloud, or similar ETL tools.

4+ years of experience with Tableau or
other BI visualization tools.

Proven track record in implementing and
managing data governance frameworks.

Expertise in SQL and database
technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Strong understanding of data modeling,
data warehousing, and ELT/ETL processes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of data governance tools like
Collibra, Alation, or Informatica Axon.
