Visa: USC Position Title: SAP FICO + FSCM Consultant Location: [Arizona City, AZ Remote] Job Type: [Contract] Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) and FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and configuring the SAP FICO and FSCM modules to optimize financial processes across our organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions to enhance financial operations. Key Responsibilities: SAP FICO Configuration and Support: Implement and configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS. Support and troubleshoot FI/CO issues, providing resolution to any system errors or business challenges. Assist with the design and mapping of business processes to the SAP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities within SAP FICO. Conduct system testing, end-user training, and knowledge transfer to users. SAP FSCM Configuration and Support: Configure and implement the SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite, which may include Treasury Management, Collections and Disbursements, and Credit Management modules. Support and optimize the processes related to receivables management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management. Work with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow visibility and manage financial supply chain risks. Ensure seamless integration between FSCM and other SAP modules, such as SAP FI, CO, and MM. Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP configuration. Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities in the finance domain using SAP FICO and FSCM. Conduct regular audits and assessments of financial processes to ensure they align with industry best practices and compliance standards. Project Management Support: Assist in the planning and execution of SAP implementation and upgrade projects. Work with business analysts and project managers to gather and document functional requirements. Provide functional expertise during workshops, design, and testing phases. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within timelines and budget. End-User Support and Training: Provide support to end users for SAP FICO and FSCM-related issues and queries. Conduct training sessions to improve users' understanding of SAP systems and processes. Develop training materials and user documentation. Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP FICO and/or FSCM certifications preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP FICO and FSCM modules in an implementation or support role. Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles, processes, and reporting in SAP. Experience in configuring and implementing SAP FSCM solutions, including Treasury Management, Collections and Disbursements, and Credit Management. Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori interfaces is a plus. Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO and FSCM configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA Finance modules. Experience with process automation or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools in finance processes. SAP Project Management or Solution Manager knowledge is a plus.
