You will work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including upgrades, patching, and security hardening. Linux Systems Management: Administer RHEL systems, manage user accounts, and implement security best practices. Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker. Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Ansible) to streamline tasks and improve efficiency. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux systems. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth application deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration. 2+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift. Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA). Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) preferred. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with networking, storage, and virtualization technologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Work Environment: On-call support and occasional weekend work may be required. Fast-paced, dynamic environment.
