The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Experience Design, Tableau, Tableau Advanced Management, Tableau Testing, and SQL. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the organization. Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met. Utilize Experience Design to enhance user experience and project outcomes. Implement and manage Tableau Advanced Management for effective data visualization and analysis. Conduct thorough Tableau Testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Identify and mitigate potential project risks. Provide training and support to team members on Tableau and SQL best practices. Qualifications: Possess a strong background in Experience Design with proven results. Demonstrate expertise in Tableau and Tableau Advanced Management. Have extensive experience in Tableau Testing to ensure data integrity. Show proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. Exhibit excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be adept at problem-solving and critical thinking. Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Possess a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
