Clear Scope alignment with ZOLL IT team on IT/Apps migration approach Create a detailed design and implementation plan for IT and Apps migration Identify any risks that may impact the go live timelines and create a mitigation strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, processes, and challenges to design and implement an effective SAP S/4HANA solution. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders and users on S/4HANA capabilities and changes in processes. Develop detailed project plans and activities, migration strategies, and risk assessments for transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Configure, test, and imize S/4HANA PP and QM modules to meet business needs and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Provide expert guidance on the integration of PP and QM modules with other SAP S/4HANA components and third-party applications. Document all phases of the project, including requirements gathering, design specifications, implementation, testing, and user training. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction. Define detailed blueprint for development requirements Provide business and functional support to the SAP PP and QM module Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams Responsible for providing Functional support and or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers business needs and consequently, for understanding customers businesses. Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP PP & QM module vs. the equivalent in SAP ECC and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design. Develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design and for tools to support the SAP ECC implementation. Responsible for implementing part or all of the Functional solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design. Occasionally responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions. Works with and under the direction of the Project Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives. Analyze and design the to be business processes Execute the necessary system configuration to enable to SAP ECC implementation. Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP ECC implementation. Drive workshops and training sessions with clients. Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the developers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the Verification and Validation Overview, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements. Has experience in leading a functional team in an end to end implementation project Coordinate and develop, configure and unit test all solution objects Collaborate on the documentation of test scenarios and scripts with Client Process Leads and Key Users Provide guidance for the integration activities Develop the data conversion template and formalise with the business users for the usage Drive Data Migration workshops and finalise the approach. Provide support for data migration and validation activities during mock conversion and go live. Provide support in defect resolution for SAP functional issues Impart Training to the Process Leads and Key Users. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Minimum of 12+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, with at least 2 full lifecycle greenfield, brownfield or selective data implementations of SAP S/4HANA in a process and/or discrete manufacturing environment. Familiarity with S 4HANA and SAP ECC environment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles. Experience with Waterfall, Agile or Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with change management and training methodologies.
