As the go-to expert for end-users, youll tackle complex issues, implement impactful changes, and bring new ideas to streamline processes and boost performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, bring your expertise to life, and directly contribute to the company's strategic goals. Job Description: Lead design, configuration, and enhancement of low-complexity applications in alignment with established processes and procedures. Estimate and assess the impact of requested changes to business systems and platforms, guiding workflow design and conducting thorough testing. Collaborate with leadership and business teams to develop and document new processes and maintain technical documentation. Conduct peer design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Serve as a liaison with business stakeholders and vendor implementation staff to ensure that system changes meet business needs. Support end-user production by troubleshooting issues and providing timely updates on status. Actively engage with end users to deliver training and develop supporting materials. Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing user requirements and business needs. Apply analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to proactively identify and implement workflow improvements. Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and ensure a consistent focus on quality, compliance, and alignment with company values. What Youll Bring Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant experience). 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in application analysis or project delivery. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, with proven skills in troubleshooting, user training, and documentation. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and common internet applications. Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to operate within a cross-functional, matrixed environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to ambiguous situations, and work effectively under pressure. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or travel as needed (up to 5%).
