This will include configuration of OOTB SN capabilities, Scripting, workflow creation / modification etc. Additionally, position will be responsible for assisting with Demos and walkthroughs with clients to answer any questions. This role requires an individual to have experience in a client-facing environment with ~3-5+ years in a ServiceNow Development role.
