The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading SailPoint architecture, design, and deployment while ensuring the seamless integration of SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: Design scalable and robust IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ to meet business requirements. Develop technical architecture, workflows, and solution diagrams for SailPoint implementation. Provide best practices for integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems. Implementation & Deployment: Lead the installation, configuration, and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ. Oversee identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, and role management processes. Configure workflows, rules, and connectors for application integration. Leadership & Strategy: Provide technical leadership to IAM teams and work closely with stakeholders to define IAM strategy. Guide developers and administrators on SailPoint IIQ best practices. Conduct technical assessments and create roadmaps for SailPoint upgrades or optimizations. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with IT security, application owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements. Document solution designs, configurations, and implementation plans. Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve issues related to identity provisioning, role-based access, and user certifications. Ensure system reliability and security compliance for IAM operations.Skills & Qualifications: Core Technical Skills: Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture and deployment. Proficiency in Java, Bean, XML, and scripting for customizations. Deep understanding of connectors (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases, REST APIs). IAM Expertise: Knowledge of identity governance concepts like RBAC, SOD, certifications, and access reviews. Experience in integrating SailPoint with applications like ServiceNow, SAP, AWS, Azure, etc. Hands-on experience with access provisioning and de-provisioning. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers. Certifications: SailPoint Certified Architect (preferred). Certifications in IT security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
