Reach me at [email protected]) if you want to apply for the below role: Position AWS Solution Architect w/t AWS LEX & AWS Connect Location : Remote T ype Long term Job description: Minimum 12+ years of experience with contact center domain technologies and products Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda, Dynamo, S3, CloudWatch Shall have hands-on knowledge including solution design and architecture for larger scale contact centers, in building complex contact flows that require in-depth and granular knowledge with Lambda and Lex Minimum 5+ years of experience with Lex dealing various kinds of Bot implementation and build work Shall have design knowledge on deployment pipeline Shall have strong knowledge with AWS infra and overall what services are best to leverage, knows how to derive cost Well versed with full stack development - node.js, python, java script Java Springboot, Deployment pipeline, Terraform.
