LinkedIn is required Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a skilled AI Implementation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI solution development, machine learning, and data science, coupled with experience in creating scalable and reliable systems. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your skills to implement cutting-edge AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: AI Solution Development: Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement AI models and systems. System Operations: Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions while maintaining ethical and unbiased outputs. Expert Support: Provide subject matter expertise, documentation, and user guidance for AI processes. Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously enhance AI systems using performance metrics and user feedback, implementing governance and transparency mechanisms. Data Preparation: Develop and manage processes to ensure high-quality data, including synthesis and preparation of training datasets. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Engineer, AI Engineer, or in a similar role focused on AI and data orchestration technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experience with AI prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and related patterns. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred) for data product deployment. Knowledge of development best practices, including source control, testing, and CI/CD or DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with vector databases, search indexes, embeddings, and API development is a plus. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AI, data engineering, or cloud computing are advantageous.
