If the below job descriptions suit your experience, please revert to my email with your updated resume and availability to contact Job Title: PLC Programmer Lead Location: Sacramento, CA- Onsite Contract Job Summary: PLC Applications Engineer must be capable of writing PLC programs OIT programs and Verify that all aspects of PLC & OIT functionality meet required project specifications and perform bench testing, shop testing, and troubleshooting during startup and post-commissioning. Ability and willingness to train and aid other programmers, along with assisting in the development of departmental best practices and standards. Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/technology or related field and necessary experience Applied knowledge in programming major manufacturers (Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric and Siemens etc.) PLCs & OITs Excellent understanding of computer operations, Microsoft Office Excellent knowledge of instruments and electro-mechanical devices used for process control.
