Technical Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or related HR system certifications are a plus.
