Supervising and Guiding Staff Senior Managers supervise and guide their staff to ensure employees align with the company s vision and objectives. They provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to help team members develop their skills and perform at their best. This responsibility includes resolving conflicts, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a positive work environment. Approving Recruitment and Termination Senior Managers are crucial in the hiring and termination processes. They approve recruitment decisions to ensure the right talent is brought into the team and also make final decisions regarding employee terminations when necessary. This responsibility is vital for maintaining a strong and effective workforce. Developing Organisational Objectives Senior Managers are involved in developing the organisation's strategic objectives. T They collaborate closely with upper management to establish goals that align with the company s mission and vision. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities. To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents. Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
