Worked with the payroll users in resolving the payroll processing errors and any new enhancements. Worked on various load files like Unions, Ben Admin, 401K Savings and Loan files using HDL and HSDL. Worked on Balance Adjustments, Balance Dimensions, Feeds, and year-end activities for both the US and Canada.
