http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1946295&uid= Position: SAP Success Factors EC Consultant (SAP Certified) Location: NEW YORK 1, NY Must Have: SAP Success Factors EC Consultant (SAP Certified) SAP Success Factors - Employee Central (SF-EC) Job Description: Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan (pilot, phased, big-bang approach)Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution Finalize configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform cut over activities Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of implementation projects Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization Update and maintain project tasks using relevant systems Assist in Production support tickets and year end activities in Success Factors and SAP HCMLead requirements gathering workshopsComplete and maintain workbooksAttend Sprint planning, Retrospective and Reviews.
