Basic understanding of various devices in Collaboration, Network, DataCenter and Security portfolios Understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQLite Ability to construct SQL statements to query and occasionally update information in a database. Good understanding of SNMP protocol. Must demonstrate familiarity with SNMP commands, MIBs and OIDs. Hands of experience with one or more scripting/programming languages (Bash/POSIX, Perl, Python, C, Go, PHP) Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to professionally perform and communicate in stressful and high impacting situations. Preferred Technical Skills/ Qualifications ScienceLogic EM7 certification or equivalent experience. Experience with cloud platforms and monitoring hybrid cloud environments. Knowledge of ITIL practices, specifically incident and problem management. Experience integrating ScienceLogic EM7 with other IT operations tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, or SolarWinds. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, or Kubernetes for automated monitoring setups. Strong understanding of security monitoring and compliance requirements within an enterprise environment.
