Our client needs a Senior UX Researcher (Hybrid Position) 12+ months contract Visa Only USC / GC or H4-EAD Locals to Chicago, IL area candidates Skills/Experience needed: Bachelors degree with 7+ years of experience working as UX Researcher 7+ years of experience and proven track record in User Research, qualitative and quantitative research. MUST have Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, can-do attitude and collaboration skills. MUST have STRONG experience with User Testing tool Experience with Miro, Dovetail, Airtable, Camtasia Resume should have a Link to research portfolio work examples Experience with stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities and unmoderated interviews, Ability to effectively present research findings and recommendations to multi-level stakeholders Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices. Experience conducting research for E-commerce/B2B complex digital applications. Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
