The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing and implementing integration solutions for ERP and HCM systems. Experience with Workto is a plus but not required. Need a developer and lead developer resource. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions to support ERP/HCM integrations. Create and manage integrations with platforms like Oracle ERP/HCM, Salesforce, SAP, ADP, and others. Work with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and flat file formats for integration. Leverage pre-built adapters and orchestration integration patterns in OIC. Write technical specifications based on functional design documents. Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with a multi-national team to deliver streamlined solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years of integration experience with OIC or other ERP integration tools. Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and API integration (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM API capabilities and data models. Familiarity with integration protocols (SFTP, HTTP). Agile methodology experience preferred.
