Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrade or fix. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics such as Turnover, Headcount, Budgets Design and develop HR reports, dashboards, scorecards using reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, BI Cognos) based on business requirements and support data driven decision Create visually appealing data visualizations to communicate data efficiently. Maintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports, and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness. Involve in developing and updating integration technical specifications and obtain signoff from business upon successful testing Cross train team members on system administration and configuration, troubleshooting, user management and reporting; act as a technical mentor to the team members.
