From: Barla Santosh, Gacsol [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: IBM MQ Administrator Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) Rate:55/hr on c2c Job Responsibilities: Administer and manage the Middleware tools IBM MQ, IBM ACE, IBM Datapower and OpenShift 4.x Experience in Installation of IBM MQ on All midrange servers ( Linux, AIX and Windows ) Experience in onboarding message integrations and cluster configurations. Must have working experience in administering the Redhat OpenShift/Kubernetes. Responsible for supporting and deploying applications to use Messaging routes. Strong troubleshooting skills is must. Problem resolution skills with MQ Product logs along with Queue manager logs Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance. Good knowledge on SSL configurations & certificate renewals. Good experience on Linux & Windows platforms with scripting knowledge. Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning. Flexible to work in shifts & be on-call support. Flexible to work in shifts & be on-call support & Resolving P1 / P2 issues as per SLA. Must have a technical ability to develop solutions in coordination with apps and Business technology teams. Good to have experience on middleware tools Openshift, Datapower & MuleSoft. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science (or equivalent major) 10-14 yrs of Admin experience in IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Handling deployment, configurations, and Integration with IBM MQ. Strong Troubleshooting Skills Good experience using Linux/Unix and Windows platforms with scripting. Familiarity with Source Code Management Communication Skills and ability to ask questions- General communication and analytical skills (non-technical).
