Job Title:- Salesforce Developer Lead (Health Cloud) Location:- Remote Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with strong expertise in Health Cloud to design, develop, and lead technical teams in delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Health Cloud, be proficient in Salesforce development, and lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring scalable and secure healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, from requirements to deployment. Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce. Guide a team of developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain complex Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages. Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA). Optimize Health Cloud processes, including patient data management, care plans, and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Health Cloud and custom Salesforce applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years in Health Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features, including care plans, patient management, and healthcare workflows. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably in healthcare environments. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Application Architect. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Experience with Salesforce Shield for data encryption and security. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
