TP1 Coding is mandatory TP2 Technical Round Job Summary The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams and driving the development and execution of projects using technologies such as spring boot, hibernate, Java, Amazon Web Services, and Kafka. The role will involve overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and delivery of projects utilizing spring boot, hibernate, java, amazon web services, and kafka. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project milestones are met. 3. Design and architect robust software solutions that adhere to best practices and performance standards. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the integrity of the applications throughout the development lifecycle. 5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, incorporating them into project planning and execution for continuous improvement. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in spring boot framework for developing microservices. 2. Strong expertise in hibernate for orm (object relational mapping) in java applications. 3. Advanced knowledge of java programming language for backend development. 4. Experience with deploying and managing applications on amazon web services (aws) cloud platform. 5. Familiarity with apache kafka for building real-time data processing pipelines. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment. 7. Strong communication skills to interact with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
