The ACT team delivers enterprise-class OpenShift Container Platform (PaaS) technologies, enabling scalable and secure cloud-native solutions. This role focuses on OpenShift platform engineering, customer onboarding, and runtime management, supporting large-scale enterprise and regulated environments.Key Responsibilities: Design and execute strategies for enterprise-wide OpenShift adoption, ensuring alignment with architecture and security frameworks. Build, deploy, secure, and manage OpenShift environments at scale. Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible and Terraform. Integrate CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, and ArgoCD. Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Elastic. Partner with production support and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and availability. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for high-visibility cloud initiatives. Drive risk management and control requirements for cloud infrastructure.Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenShift, automation, and container orchestration. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash. Experience with Linux operating systems and hybrid cloud platforms (Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of networking, security, and storage in containerized environments. Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts. Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.Preferred Qualifications: Red Hat OpenShift Certified Specialist (EX280) or equivalent.
