Experience in writing test plans, test cases, test case reviews, defect management, identifying test data, and working across enterprise applications. Exposure to databases and backend systems like MongoDB and SQL Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Test Rails, or any other test management tool Automation Testing experience preferably selenium , cucumber or cypress (Good to Have) Ability to work as a team and collaborate with Test lead to come up with QA Strategy and implement the same. Active Participation in Defect Triage meetings and collaboration with multiple vendors and Development Teams Recommend improvements into overall best practices, design, testability, quality, and test Reports. 7+ years of experience working with large complex Programs as a QA Engineer. Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an WaterfallAgileScrum delivery model. Well experienced in Software Quality Principles, Test Methodologies, Best Practices and Procedures Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications. Experience working with business users coordinating and facilitating UAT (1.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review. (2.) To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
