Please review and let me know if youve suitable resources. Job Title: MAXIMO Technical Consultant Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute ITIL-compliant support and enhancement activities for a high-complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution. 2. Resolve critical issues in coordination with internal and third-party stakeholders. 3. Assign daily tasks to the technical team and oversee the resolution of critical issues. 4. Liaise with clients and other teams to facilitate decision-making processes. 5. Review compliance with customer SLAs/KPIs and ensure proactive monitoring and resolution of issues. 6. Provide status reports to clients and TCS management regarding project activities. Essential Skills: Experience with Maximo Implementation/Upgrade/Support (version 7.6 or higher). Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience of Maximo (preferably for a manufacturing customer). Strong technical and functional knowledge of IBM Maximo, supported by certification. Hands-on experience with MAS 8/9 and related certification (preferable). Familiarity with the following Maximo add-ons and technologies: o Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above o IBM Maximo Mobile/Maximo Anywhere o IBM Maximo Asset Management Work Centers o IBM BI Cognos & BIRT o Oracle Database 12c or higher o Server OS: Linux, Windows o IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.12 or higher Desirable Skills: End-to-end Maximo implementation experience for manufacturing customers. Experience in conducting requirement, design, and acceptance workshops, especially for rail customers. Ability to conduct training sessions on Maximo for manufacturing clients. Knowledge in infrastructure planning, including middleware, database, and server requirements.
