Job Title : Java Architect Hybrid in Phoenix AZ 11+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong technical background. Hands-on expertise with Java-based back-end technologies and JavaScript-based front-end technologies. Previous experience in solutioning, architecture reviews, and design preparation. Experience as a pre-sales architect is a plus. Technical Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement architecture patterns for complex systems. Strong understanding of creating and interpreting C4 diagrams for system visualization. Hands-on experience conducting PoC coding and aligning it with project objectives. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non- technical stakeholders. Ability to lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and facilitate collaborative workshops. Adaptability: A keen ability to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into projects. Awareness of industry trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and effective. Roles & Responsibilities: Architecting Excellence: o Develop and implement scalable, reliable, secure architecture patterns tailored to project needs. o Utilize architecture frameworks and tools to ensure robust designs, adhering to established methodologies. Visualizing Complexity: o Create and interpret C4 diagrams to visualize system architecture, including context, containers, and components. o Effectively communicate architecture concepts to technical and non- technical stakeholders through detailed visual representations. Innovating Solutions: o Conduct PoC coding to validate the feasibility and performance of proposed solutions. o Collaborate with development teams to align PoCs with project goals and requirements. Leading the Way: o Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. o Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present architectural solutions. Driving Business Goals: o Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. o Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance architectural capabilities.
