The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Big Data, AWS EC2, AWS EMR, AWS DevOps, Amazon S3, and Python. Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Must Have Skills: Python, Amazon S3, AWS DevOps, AWS EMR, AWS EC2, Big Data Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable and robust Big Data solutions using AWS services. - Oversee the deployment and management of AWS EC2 instances to ensure optimal performance. - Provide expertise in AWS EMR to process large datasets efficiently. - Implement and manage AWS DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes. - Utilize Amazon S3 for efficient data storage and retrieval. - Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing and automation tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements. - Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards. - Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions. - Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for future reference. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. Qualifications: - Possess strong technical skills in Big Data, AWS EC2, AWS EMR, AWS DevOps, Amazon S3, and Python. - Have experience in designing and implementing scalable Big Data solutions. - Demonstrate expertise in managing AWS EC2 instances and optimizing their performance. - Show proficiency in using AWS EMR for processing large datasets. Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Have strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Be familiar with data security and compliance standards. - Show a willingness to mentor and guide junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus.
