This team supports our Field Sales users and works primarily in Field Sales Lightning. Some bigger items on our roadmap include creating cases for extra yardage identified by an AI product, A new Account Executive Compensation pilot, where sales reps may share commission on sales, Contract Object Enhancements, Compactor Work Orders, and an automated account entry pilot that will automatically push leads to account executives. Lastly all of the teams will have some involvement as we come under SOX compliance, but it will not be the main focus of Team Desert Flames. Tools: What IDE does the team use or is everyone able to use what they prefer Almost everyone is using VS code, you can use whatever tool you are comfortable with Other tools needed for this group We use Salesforce Inspector, GitHub as a code repository, and Gearset as a deployment tool. Let me know if you have questions about a specific tool not listed. Are you using JIRA for ticketing and sprint management or something else We are using Rally; I believe similar to Jira. POSITION SUMMARY: The Salesforce Developer develops, configures, tests, and debugs new software and enhancements to existing software and configurations on the Salesforce platform. The Senior Salesforce Developer assists with the design and documentation of the Companys application software environment, regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced programmer/analysts and is responsible for leading application development projects of a very high complexity. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain any aspect of our highly customized Salesforce platform Work closely with business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements to design and develop features Participate in code and solution reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code and customizations. Required skills: LWC (Lightning web components) SOX compliance SOQL JavaScript, Jira and Git Platform Developer 2 Certification Proffered skills: Salesforce Inspector Rally MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Technology or a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years total experience developing object-oriented, database-backed web applications Minimum 5 years developing for the Salesforce platform Two or more Salesforce Certifications from the following list: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, JavaScript Developer 1 Expertise developing in JavaScript and Apex High proficiency in Lightning Web Components and SOQL Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate testing status and results High attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately. Additional Details Strong preference to local to Phoenix and must be willing and able to convert 6-12 months' timeframe.
