Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Define clear and actionable scopes of work. Assess hardware needs and support capacity planning for efficient deployment. Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; a masters degree is preferred. At least six years of relevant experience in IT project management. Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar IT initiatives. Expertise in GIS technologies, with strong proficiency in ArcGIS. PMP certification is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Azure DevOps. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
