The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring efficient system configurations and business process improvements. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for P2P processes, focusing on PeopleSoft AP, Expenses, and Coupa PO. Configure and support PeopleSoft AP and Expense modules to align with business needs. Provide functional expertise for Coupa procurement processes, especially in PO management, as a value-add. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance procurement and payment workflows. Work closely with technical teams to design and test system enhancements, integrations, and reports. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for business teams. Support end-users by troubleshooting functional issues and providing solutions in a timely manner. Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability. Monitor P2P system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on new features and updates in PeopleSoft and Coupa to leverage system capabilities.
