In-depth and hand on understanding of SAP ICM including commission structure, configuration of commission structure, calculation models and data integration. Experience in developing and modifying commission plans, commission rules and payout calculations, running scheduling and settlement. Knowledge of SAP data extraction . Proficiency on creating reports on the Reporting techniques such as ALV Grids Knowledge of Module pool programming and SAP enhancements like USER Exits, BADIs and BAPI. Able to Debug and problem solve skills on their own. Hands on experience of ABAP objects, CDS Views. Experience with creating and maintaining commission plan rates and eligibility criteria. Knowledge of designing SAP Workflows to automate commission approvals, notifications and escalation processes with ICM framework. Hands on Experience of how ICM integrates with other SAP modules FI, SD , CD and MM. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solves Strong debugging skills with ability to Debug ST22 dumps.
