The developer will focus on customizing and enhancing SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and integrations while ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless system performance.Key Responsibilities: Development & Customization: Configure and develop SailPoint IIQ components, including workflows, rules, roles, and provisioning policies. Implement custom connectors and APIs to integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications. Write custom scripts in Java, Bean, and XML for SailPoint workflows and rules. Application Onboarding: Collaborate with application owners to onboard systems into SailPoint IdentityIQ. Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models. Develop and configure provisioning and de-provisioning processes. System Support: Provide support for SailPoint IdentityIQ operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Monitor system performance, conduct debugging, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements. Ensure the security and reliability of IAM processes. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with IAM architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements. Document technical configurations, deployment steps, and troubleshooting guidelines.Skills & Qualifications: Core Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and configuration. Proficiency in Java, Bean, XML, and other scripting languages. Strong understanding of SailPoint connectors (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases, REST APIs). IAM Expertise: Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, and access governance. Familiarity with application onboarding and certification campaigns. Experience with RBAC, SOD, and identity workflows. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications (Preferred): SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer or equivalent. Relevant IT security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.Preferred Requirements: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Exposure to other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Ping, CyberArk). Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD integration with SailPoint.
