Job Title : Microsoft 365 Location : Hybrid In New York Visa : NO Contract About the job POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES M365 Tenant Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for the entire M365 tenant, including features, configurations, and best practices. Stay informed of M365 ecosystem changes, updates, and new releases, ensuring the organization is leveraging the latest functionalities. Monitor and manage licensing assignments, utilization, and costs, ensuring optimal usage across the organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, security, engineering, and business units) that rely on various M365 workloads, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of platform configurations and requirements. Champion M365 adoption, encouraging users to fully utilize available tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) by creating a feedback loop from end users back to the Workplace Technology team. Understand the differences in our varied stakeholders from corporate workers, remote workers, clinical staff and the impact of the M365 products across different end points including desktops, mobile devices, VDIs, kiosks on and off premise Communication and Training: Design and lead training sessions to educate end users on M365 tools and new features, ensuring widespread knowledge and understanding of the platforms capabilities. Provide clear, consistent communication about platform changes and upcoming features, tailoring messages for both technical and non-technical users. Facilitate seamless access to the appropriate Microsoft 365 services and tools for our end users, enabling them to efficiently request and utilize the resources they need for their roles, such as during the onboarding process Configuration and Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure M365 configurations align with organizational requirements and security standards. Analyze tenant configurations and optimize the environment for performance, usability, and cost-efficiency. Product Feedback and Strategy: Collect and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders about their experiences with M365 tools, identifying areas for improvement or further development. Develop and execute a product roadmap for M365, aligning the platforms features with the organization's goals and technology strategy. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365, particularly in tenant management, feature deployment, and licensing management. Strong understanding of M365 services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate) and associated configurations. Proven experience leading training sessions and communicating complex technical changes to non-technical audiences. Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with technical teams. Familiarity with M365 licensing models, cost optimization strategies, and usage reporting. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience in managing user feedback, with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.
