Job Description: Job Details: Programming Experience: 3-4 years of programming experience. Enterprise Software Development: 3-4 years of experience in enterprise software application development. Technical Skills: Experience with Groovy programming, REST API development, and Python programming. Data Governance Software: Preferred experience with Collibra development or similar data governance software. Flowable Experience: Experience with Flowable or similar workflow automation tools. Data Quality and Reference Data Management: Experience in data quality and reference data management. Version Control: Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: Functional Area Knowledge: Clear understanding of the assigned functional area and the data being managed, including its implications downstream to other systems, processes, and applications. Business Rules Knowledge: Knowledge of the business rules for the relevant functional areas. Communication Skills: Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills. Meeting Facilitation and Presentation: Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills. Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people at various organization levels with the right level of detail and cultural sensitivity. Flexibility and Open-mindedness: Flexible and open to new ideas with the ability to understand things from corporate, regional, and local perspectives while maintaining customer focus. ERP Data Management Knowledge: General knowledge of healthcare operations, ERP data management, the interrelationship of systems, and how technology enables business processes preferred. Database Configuration Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of backend database configuration and processes. Google Suite Skills: Proficient in advanced Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
