Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead to oversee and drive change initiatives within our medical manufacturing organization. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies as the company transitions to modern solutions like ERP upgrades and advanced manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and experience working in the medical or manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the medical manufacturing industry, aligning with organizational goals and project timelines. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, manufacturing, and IT, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Impact Assessment: Analyze and document the impact of changes on processes, systems, and employees. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address resistance or adoption challenges. Communication and Training: Design and execute communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged. Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver targeted training programs. Change Readiness: Assess organizational readiness for change, track adoption progress, and provide regular updates to leadership. Recommend actions to enhance readiness and sustain adoption. Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives. Prepare and deliver detailed reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (Masters preferred). Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in the medical or manufacturing industry. Proven track record of leading OCM initiatives for large-scale ERP implementations or process transformations. Strong knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. Preferred Skills: Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). Experience in medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical production environments. Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish). Thanks & Regards...
