Job Title : Business Analyst Hybrid in NY OR CT Rate $55/hr on C2C (No Negotiation) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze and model current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that address business problems and requirements. This includes supporting system enhancements and creating business cases. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help improve business decision-making processes. Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirement specifications (BRS), functional requirement documents (FRD), use cases, and process flows. Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations. Assist in the testing phase by validating that solutions meet the specified business requirements and perform as expected. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance operational performance.
