Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite Contract Job Description: Preferred candidates will have previous experience Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead and related areas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Should have at least 1 Implementation experience in HCM Payroll for Mexico and 2 implementations with either U.S or Canada Must have worked on at least 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM projects Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing Payroll and Parallel testing. Should have very good knowledge of Legal and Business needs of Mexico and either US or Canada Payroll. Should understand the interactions with dependent modules like Absence, OTL, Benefits and Compensation in Implementing Payroll. Experience in Implementing Absence and Compensation will be desired. Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills. Required Skills Prepare the functional design. Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested Nice to Have Skills Active Certifications in the Payroll module will be desired Qualifications Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead with an experience of 15+ years.
