Job Description: We are actively seeking a SharePoint Developer for a hybrid role based in Richmond, VA. This position requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience in SharePoint development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, applications, and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure SharePoint solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality and performance. Provide support and training to end-users as needed. Create documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations. Requirements: Requirements: Proven experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online or On-Premises). Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power. Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and Power Apps is a plus. Experience with integrating SharePoint with other applications and systems.
