This thought leader will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions leveraging D365 to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of both upstream and downstream systems and have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in these industries. Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of D365 F&O solutions, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems. Work closely with business stakeholders in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Dealership sectors to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to cross-functional teams on the best practices and innovations within the D365 ecosystem. Develop and optimize business processes and system architectures to drive efficiency and improve system performance. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, and deployment. Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and future scalability. Mentor and collaborate with junior team members, providing insights into architecture, design, and D365 best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, offering strategic solutions to meet business needs. Ensure the proper configuration of D365 F&O and the integration of other related systems. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a D365 Solutions Architect, with a focus on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Dealership operations (two out of three areas strongly preferred). Extensive experience with D365 F&O, including integration with upstream and downstream systems. Proven ability to design and implement D365 solutions across a variety of industries and business models. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules and functionalities. Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of business process optimization. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A strategic mindset, capable of thinking through the long-term impact of technological solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership qualities with a track record of successful project delivery in the Manufacturing, supply Chain, or Dealership industries. his role demands a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive strategic discussions to deliver impactful business outcomes.
