You will be responsible for customizing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting. Configuration: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools. Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes. Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
