Job Title: nCino Business Analyst Location: 100% Remote (USA) Mode: Contract Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into functional/technical specs. nCino Configuration: Customize workflows, approval processes, and system integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Solution Implementation & Testing: Lead solution implementations, develop test cases, execute UAT, resolve issues. User Support & Training: Provide user training, develop guides, and offer ongoing support. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation and generate reports. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison among business units, IT teams, and vendors. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. 7+ years as a Business Analyst, with 1-2 years of nCino experience. Strong Salesforce and nCino knowledge, especially in lending and portfolio management. Proven experience with business requirement documentation and system configuration. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Preferred: nCino or Salesforce certifications. Financial services or banking industry experience. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
