Extensive experience in architecting and deploying solutions on AWS Cloud (e.g., AWS Lambda, EC2, SageMaker, Polly, Transcribe, Comprehend). In-depth knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT, BERT, or similar models. Hands-on experience with speech recognition technologies, including speech-to-text services, audio transcription, and speech analytics. Strong expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions at scale, utilizing technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc. Experience in AI Model Training and Fine-Tuning, data pipelines, and cloud-native ML workflows. Familiarity with Wasonx.ai or similar platforms is a plus. Solid understanding of cloud architecture best practices, including security, scalability, high availability, and performance optimization. Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in the context of cloud deployments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Certification in AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or similar certifications. Familiarity with other cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Azure. Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of additional AI tools and platforms for Speech-to-Text, NLP, and LLM integration. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for guiding and developing teams. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative, cost-effective solutions. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
