Position: SharePoint Technical Specialist Location: United States (Remote). North Carolina residents must pick up equipment in Raleigh NC; others must use personal computers to remote in. Duration: 12-month contract Role Summary: The SharePoint Specialist will design and manage SharePoint and web-based business solutions for the Engineering Content Management group. Key responsibilities include defining, prioritizing, and tracking SharePoint/web projects, performing quality assurance, and supporting business processes. No programming/coding required, but experience with SharePoint/web app development is essential. Responsibilities: Design SharePoint/web solutions supporting transportation lifecycle processes. Define work items, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Perform QA testing and coordinate validation and rollout. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Re-engineer business processes and provide documentation and quality control. Required Skills: SharePoint expertise (custom lists, libraries, and content types). Experience in QA testing, business analysis, and SDLC. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Proven ability in process evaluation, transformation, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Agile development methodology. Azure DevOps. Balsamiq prototyping tool.
