User Support & Advocacy: Gather feedback from users, work closely with teams to understand their needs, and implement solutions that enhance user experience and improve platform adoption. System Liaison: Act as the primary technical contact with external vendors and partners, collaborating on issue resolution and staying updated on the latest system enhancements and best practices. Engineering Focus: Manage system upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting from an engineering perspective to ensure stability, minimal downtime, and effective problem-solving. Integration Specialist: Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party integrations or plugins, ensuring they align with security, performance, and scalability goals. What We Need To See: Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in administering and optimizing enterprise applications (experience with tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus).
