Role: Java Fullstack developer Location: Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 13+ years Visa : Only H1B with Passport number Need ex-apple candidate Role Description: Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications with a strong focus on RESTful web services. Build efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end GUIs and rich client interfaces. Develop and implement solutions using Core Java and JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Debug and resolve software defects in a timely manner. Work with ServiceNow as needed (a strong plus). Qualifications: Proven experience in developing REST web services using Java. Strong knowledge of Core Java, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns. Hands-on experience with GUI and rich client development. Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks/libraries. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred: Previous experience at Apple or in similar high-performance tech environments. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
